You Order
Call or order online and let us know what you need.
We need a photo of you and your consumer facing contact info… email, phone, website address, bio.
If you want a customized website address and we’ll order that for you as well. -
We Meet
Our photographer, scanner and drone team show up 10 minutes early.
You or someone from your team can be there or not.
We’ll get started on the exterior if you are late. -
We Shoot
First, the Photographer and Scanner scout the house making sure all of 360Listing’s Founder’s pet peeves are corrected: toilets with the lids up, uneven blinds, clutter, exposed wires, unfolded toilet paper rolls…. and the list is growing.
Then the Scanner creates the route of the scans starting from the front door. At the same time the Photographer shoots the interior and exterior of the property and finishes with the drone (photos and/or video).
Pets need to be put away because once the scanning begins nothing in the house can change. -
We Measure
A floor plan is also created with room measurements for buyers who need to know if their L-shaped couch fits.

We Build
Photos, scan and floor plan are immediately uploaded to our servers so our in-house team can get your website and photos ready as soon as possible.
Waiting too long for the website is another of our Founder’s pet peeves. -
We Deliver
You will receive an email with the photos and the link for the website.
