Alex was born and raised in San Diego California where he attended Francis Parker high school and went on to attend the University of Miami (Fla). He finished his B.A. in Business Administration at the University of San Diego. He also holds an International Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Diego as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth College Thayer School of Engineering. He began his real estate career in 2006 working in real estate finance and mortgages. Aside from having 10+ years experience in real estate finance and investing and Alex previously owned and operated manufacturing plants in Mexico as well as ran subsidiaries of a publicly traded construction supply company. Throughout his career, Alex has been responsible for and has a proven track record for organizational change, operational improvements, sales force management and real estate investments. Alex has a passion for relationship building and a commitment to his future and past clientele. He has a relentless work ethic and drive for the success of his organization and customers real estate goals. Having played football for two National Championships at the University of Miami (Fla), he embraces the competitive spirit and the attention to details to succeed. Alex firmly believes that those who walk the line and truly care for their employees and clients' needs will have the most success in the long run. He believes that being true to one's self and never compromising values is the true mark of a professional.
Deanna has the marketing and business savvy to get your property top-tier exposure. Growing up in Los Angeles, surrounded by a family of developers - she was exposed to the Real Estate industry ever since she was a child. Her interests and passion for Real Estate took hold at an early age, and she continues to fuel this passion for Real Estate by helping clients accomplish their Real Estate goals. As a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, Deanna believes that “staging and taking high quality photos highlighting the best features of a home” is the secret weapon in Real Estate sales. She will be able to provide you with knowledgeable pricing and staging to make sure your home puts its best foot forward. Deanna strongly believes in the power of attention to detail, “roll up the sleeves” attitude and aptitude and servicing her clients’ aspirations to the highest level of ethics.
