Brant was born and grew up on the West side of Los Angeles County in the beach community of Pacific Palisades. He has called Malibu home since 1996. Brant’s experience and integrity assures his clients always receive the best representation possible. His casual, yet professional style is a hallmark of his success. Brant’s love and respect for the ocean and mountains has taken him traveling across the globe in search of challenge and adventure. Brant owned and operated Mountain Adventures Unlimited Adventure Travel from 1995-2003 and in 2001 he organized and lead Expedition Commitment to a successful ascent of Mt. Everest via the Southeast Ridge. In 2015 Brant travelled to the Karakorum Range in Pakistan and was part of a small team attempting to climb K2, the second highest mountain in the world via the Abruzzi Spur. Brant reached over 22,000 feet and returned safely after the expedition was forced to retreat due to difficult weather and a massive avalanche destroyed the team's high camp and swept away their high altitude oxygen supply. Some other climbers in the area were not so lucky as 5 lives were lost in the Karakorum region that summer.

My Real Estate Profession started in 1996 as a title Rep for First American Title and Escrow. In 1999 I started to sell RE full time with Century 21, then 2001 Coldwell Banker and in 2003 I joined Remax. Throughout those years I gained many awards "Rookie of the Year", "Top Producer" several times, and "Platinum Agent with Remax".

Throughout my career I flipped homes on the side until the last 5 years when I flipped homes full time. This included 5 appraisals per day anywhere in LA or Ventura County to form max bids at auctions, then area research to maximize $ on rehab. Including staging, marketing, negotiating and sale.

The focus of my business moving forward is to represent buyers and sellers as a traditional Real Estate Agent using all of the knowledge I have gained in 20 years to benefit my clients.
