Alex was born and raised in San Diego California where he attended Francis Parker high school and went on to attend the University of Miami (Fla). He finished his B.A. in Business Administration at the University of San Diego. He also holds an International Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Diego as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth College Thayer School of Engineering. He began his real estate career in 2006 working in real estate finance and mortgages. Aside from having 10+ years experience in real estate finance and investing and Alex previously owned and operated manufacturing plants in Mexico as well as ran subsidiaries of a publicly traded construction supply company. Throughout his career, Alex has been responsible for and has a proven track record for organizational change, operational improvements, sales force management and real estate investments. Alex has a passion for relationship building and a commitment to his future and past clientele. He has a relentless work ethic and drive for the success of his organization and customers real estate goals. Having played football for two National Championships at the University of Miami (Fla), he embraces the competitive spirit and the attention to details to succeed.
