Julie Milne has over 18 years of experience on the sales front and 10 years in teaching and mentoring.
Her educational background in marketing had her journey start behind the scenes in management
and development in the corporate sector. Working for the largest construction company in Canada at
the time she managed to successfully obtain 20 million dollars in company profit in her first year. She
also fronted a team of four who oversaw and provided support for all of the business development
coordinators across Canada. Wanting out of the corporate cubicle, she took a leap and started a
real estate wholesale business at the age of 19. A native Canadian, and now proud American citizen,
she moved to the US in 2014. Julie became a licensed agent and continued to wholesale to home
improvement shows & Flip or Flop. She eventually found her new home as the marketing director of
the boutique brokerage overseeing 90+ agents in Southern California. Helping grow sales from 500M
too over 1B in just 3 years. She has helped in starting an escrow company and building the foundation
needed to franchise a brokerage.

She really enjoyed helping top producing agents who needed a technology boost. The industry was
changing rapidly and in order to succeed, agents had to evolve, and fast. Realizing she was to key
to many top producers success, she started getting a taste of sales, enjoyed that just as much and
began working on building her own sales pipeline. She managed to procure over $15m in volume in
just 6 months. She obtained her real estate license in Arizona in 2019 to help her SoCal client obtain,
what then was extremely profitable cap rates. Although times have changed, deals can still be found.
She loves hunting for off market opportunities and her abilities served her well during the madness
that was 2021. She is well versed in 1031 exchanges, portfolio building and loves a good multi-family
commercial deal.

Julie is an entrepreneur at heart, a real estate investor herself and recently has been featured in
Forbes, two years in a row, for an event she runs two-weeks annually.
Julie LOVES Compass and the technology advantage it gives their agents in a very competitive
market. She works smarter so the hard work is spent on the client not the tech! You need to buy
and sell right the first time by being one step ahead. Her main priority is to make sure you succeed
regardless if you are buying your first home or your tenth investment property.
