Juan is indisputably a motivated and highly energized agent here at the John Aaroe Group, who has worked in many fields within the Real Eestate industry, allowing him to grow a global perspective on the market and the answer the needs of his diverse clientele.
His initial introduction to this business was while working for a banker and advanced to working on mortgages and numerous projects within Southern California. His admiration and appreciation for the architecture of luxury homes steered him to pursue a broader clientele in his hometown of Hollywood, CA.
Juan is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving 8 years and earning numerous accolades for his leadership skills and outstanding performance overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He periodically conducts seminars for military vets who are unfamiliar with loan processing and guides them into purchasing their first homes with the aid of VA benefits, provided by the Veterans Affairs Department.
Juan is also president of the Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals L.A Chapter. An association focus on helping real estate professionals understand the importance of helping our military heroes achieve the american dream of owning a home
