I have been a Realtor since 2002 and am presently honored to be The Team Leader at Keller Williams World Media Center. My husband runs our real Estate team that services all of Los Angeles County.
I was a partner of Management Solutions who has been managing properties since 1999. I worked with her valued clients and representing them to buy or sell Commercial and Residential Properties as well as managing their investment properties. She has closed over $75 million worth of transactions as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agent representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers. She began her career as an assistant to a property manager in Beverly Hills, California, processing accounts payable, receivable and helping manage Homeowner's Associations, Condominiums and Multi-Family Units totaling around 400+ units, all while attending California State University, Northridge as a full-time student where she has a degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management. At the end of her three year commitment to that firm she was training on-site managers, dealing with clients and tenants directly and managing properties independently. In 2001 she began working with Sperry Van Ness as a Real Estate Broker's Assistant and Agent for one of their top producing Brokers where the focus was helping clients purchase and sell buildings in Downtown San Diego. She is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and is in the process of obtaining her Broker's license. She spent the next four years learning the ins and outs of a Commercial Real Estate transactions and gaining a vast knowledge about Downtown San Diego and San Diego County. Her experience of managing Multi-Family and Retail properties only made her a more successful Agent as she understands the several different types of leases, from NNN to Single Net, how to calculate items like CPI, bidding and negotiating etc...
